Tony Taylor
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Tony is one of the co-founders of TMD. As Chairman and CEO, he provides the overall strategic and sales direction for the company. Tony has over 30 years experience within the communications, broadcast and media sectors.He has negotiated and delivered long-term service and high-value product contracts to many of the world's best-known broadcast and media organisations. Tony is a well-known speaker on the international conference circuit, presenting papers on, amongst other topics, the importance of integrating media asset management and workflow processes, and the role of technology in helping to meet some of the broadcast industry's most pressing challenges.

Justin Elkerton
Chief Operating Officer
Justin is a co-founder of TMD with Tony Taylor. He is a highly experienced operational director, combining this with considerable technical acumen and strong account management skills. Justin started his career as a software developer, before moving into senior management roles. At TMD he is responsible for all operational aspects of the company, as well as working with Tony on strategic sales and marketing activities.

Carlton Smith
Chief Technical Officer
Carlton has twenty years experience in managing and motivating technical staff. He has extensive on-site technical expertise in the dynamic and pressured environment of broadcast operations. Having reached the rank of Sergeant in the Army where he was responsible, amongst other activities for supporting both static and emergency networks, Carlton now leads TMD's technical operations and support team. He also has some account management responsibilities.

Jon Maynard
Chief Architect
Jon is the chief architect of Mediaflex, and has brought his in-depth technical experience in the broadcast industry to this development. He attended Ravensbourne School of Television before working for Viasat Broadcasting where he developed a number of software applications which brought together disparate systems from multiple manufacturers. At TMD, Jon leads the Technical Development team and is responsible for the strategic direction of the company's products in collaboration with the management team.
